  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) — delivery of emails from the contact form (France, European Union)
  • Cakemail — newsletter subscription management and sending (Canada)

Data transfers outside the European Union

Some of our subprocessors are located outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards within the meaning of the GDPR:

  • United States (Cloudflare): European Commission standard contractual clauses and/or the Data Privacy Framework.
  • Canada (Cakemail): a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection.

Retention period

Your data is kept for a maximum of 3 years from your last contact with ITDot, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
